The freedom when creating art, gives chances and excellent possibilities for broader study and discoveries
also in science such as philosophy, mathematics and physics.
Smiling when I remember my colleague Erkka N. and his entrance into my exhibition Right Here Right Now at The Helsinki City Museum Gallery - Kluuvi, surprised he said: "it is like entering right into a big abstract painting"
Maybe it wasn't meant as a compliment, more like an explanation or observation.
Of course, it can be absolutely enough, the unknown, beautifully abstract, but there was and still is a binary, minimalistic precise, and limitless mathematical language there, which I developed over many years.

Henry Grahn Hermunen revealed some essentials about his artwork and research
In the early 1990s, Grahn Hermunen evaluated how to explain complex connected structures in the most primary minimalistic way, relating only two symbols, the circle and square. Add movement and spin to these symbols in any directions
and they become/are equivalent; at the same time, they are opposite, representing (+) and (-), male and female, body and soul etc. This binary system might be extended with another dimension/s to become a sphere and a cube for example,
also in movement. A allegory for a possible extensive "language", with no limits.
Of course, we are shaped through our time and history, when years of work progressed I recognized the mathematician, philosopher and scientist Gottfried von Leibniz who worked with the same invention
and noticed these factors in the Islamic geometric models as well. Wordless communication from ancient grandmothers and fathers in textile, stone ornaments and wood carvings
Practically and metaphorically, these fundamental binary code components are used in computers as 0 and 1.
So my research trough art goes in all directions from there: the shape of our universe, universes, space time, particles,
life, death, afterlife, action at a distance, entanglement, social structures - politics, and even extrasensory perception - ESP discoveries.

Mars är en månad när fotografering är den huvudsakliga sysselsättningen. Under en fotopromenad exprimenterade jag med ICM (Intentional Camera Movement) för att få en annorlunda bild.
Jag vandrade Roslagsleden etapp 7, den gamla sträckningen i sol, fantastiskt sällskap och en samarbetsvillig kropp. Tack.
Delar av etappen är omdragen och går efter den vältrafikerade Sika/Penningby-vägen. Vindskyddet längs den tidigare ledsträckan är borttagen och ledmärkningen likaså. Detta kan bero på att avtalsansvarig och markägaren inte har enats, kanske har markägaren surnat till för att vandrare tagit sig för stora friheter eller misskött sig, eller kanske för att hen inte unnar människor att röra sig på hens marker. Oavsett varför den inte ingår i den officiella leden, så är sträckan väldigt fin. Vi har fortfarande rätt att gå där enligt allemansrätten, men leden kan inte märkas ut på officiella kartor eller markeras i naturen om markägaren säger nej. Karta och egen riktning går också bra. Ägaren har full rätt att säga att leden inte får märkas där och vi har full rätt att gå på markerna med respekt för djur, natur, medmänniskor och markägarens omständigheter, tillgångar och privata sfär.
Roslagsleden har hopp för en framtida annan sträckning än den nuvarande längs storväg, det känns så när man läser skyltarna efter den sträckning av leden som just nu gäller. Låt oss ansluta till hoppet!

En världsstjärna på liten scen, så beskrev jag Dragrace-vinnaren Admira Thunderpussys show för en vän. Vilken röst! Vilken utstrålning! Mer glitter och glädje åt folket.
Som förälder till sportande barn involverad man på olika sätt, vare sig man vill eller ej. I söndags satt jag därför i seket (sekretariatet) och rapporterade mål, assist och utvisningar. Lite mysigt är det att följa sitt barns sportande på nära håll, men också ganska kallt..
En helt vanlig torsdag och på väg till jobbet när jag märker något annorlunda. Dom gamla skyltarna med gamla stationsnamnet har dykt upp under renoveringen av stationen, så häftigt att faktiskt få se dom!
Strålande sol, blå himmel och minus åtta grader.

Tisdagen 11 mars besökte några av DIS-Öst medlemmar Regionarkivet i Flemingsberg. Bra introduktion för fortsatt sökande i arkivets handlingar. Jag fick input till sökande efter mina år på S:t Görann sjukhus mm
Det fanns chans till norrsken senare på kvällen men eftersom denna utsikt är mot söder så nöjde jag mig med att fånga månen och stjärnorna denna magiskt vackra kväll. Kvinnodagen och mello final, vilken dag!
Planteringen på landet där äntligen vårblommorna börjar visa sig bland fjolårets bruna löv och torra barr. Man får skynda sig att njuta innan rådjuren ätit av knopparna.
Utställningen Extas! på Millesgården handlar om den svenska divan. Utställningen är curerad av Robert Fux och varje söndag guidar han besökarna genom templet med plagg, kabinettet fyllt med unika föremål och leder oss in till biktrummet där man kan dela sin egen diva-berättelse.
På senare år har Pilates blivit alltmer populärt, så poppis att gymkedjan Sats har flera olika inriktning på klasser. Nästa vecka ska de lansera reformer (en slags pilatesmaskinträning) på ett gym, och det har orsakat folkstorm. Man kan vara max 200 pers i kö till en plats på en reformerkladd. Det ser inte ljust ut för mig..
I renoveringen av Hötorget T-banestation så kan vi, glädjande nog, få en skymt av dess gamla skyltar. Fram till 1957 hette stationen Kungsgatan, men bytte namn till Hötorget, i samband med att tunnelbanenätet förlängdes söderut till Slussen.
Vi tog en promenad på Söder och hamnade nere vid Sickla kanal. Trots vackert och ganska milt väder var det inte många ute där.
På andra sidan kanalen höll två personer på med bergsklättring.
Det är lätt att skratta åt ordet energidryck, men de är i var och varannan (ungdoms) hand. Visst piggar de upp men de innehåller också en hel del annat som inte är så bra för kroppen. Eller som en läkare sa häromveckan ”helst inte”.. Nocco är ett av de mer populära märkena men det dinns många tillvekare och smaker.
Konstutställning på Fullersta gård. Konstnären Johan Thurfjells utställning ”Den andra sidan” som inspirerats av hans fars tunga kamp mot Alzheimers. Utställningen var väldigt gripande och värd ett besök. Dessutom var den gratis.

Minus 4. Vindstilla. Frostigt. Solen stiger sakta. Det är vackert.
Ett ensamt rådjur vandrar på ängen strax intill St Eriks Gilles hembygdsgård Labacken. Det är stillsamt i byn. Vildsvinen närmar sig. Det är bökat i närheten, men föreningens stängsel håller grisarna på håll.
