  Strax söder om Flemingsbergs station pågår det byggen. Fångar ett södergående pendeltåg.
• Kvällshimlen på kvinnodagen
  Det fanns chans till norrsken senare på kvällen men eftersom denna utsikt är mot söder så nöjde jag mig med att fånga månen och stjärnorna denna magiskt vackra kväll. Kvinnodagen och mello final, vilken dag!

  Planteringen på landet där äntligen vårblommorna börjar visa sig bland fjolårets bruna löv och torra barr. Man får skynda sig att njuta innan rådjuren ätit av knopparna.

  Vi är en liten grupp som fikar på bl.a. detta fik efter Tai-Chi-pass i parken vid Rosenlundsgatan ( Gruvan) varje lördag sen 5 år tillbaka .
• Fux de luxe presenterar utställningen Diva
  Utställningen Extas! på Millesgården handlar om den svenska divan. Utställningen är curerad av Robert Fux och varje söndag guidar han besökarna genom templet med plagg, kabinettet fyllt med unika föremål och leder oss in till biktrummet där man kan dela sin egen diva-berättelse.
• Pilates reformer-hets på Sats
  På senare år har Pilates blivit alltmer populärt, så poppis att gymkedjan Sats har flera olika inriktning på klasser. Nästa vecka ska de lansera reformer (en slags pilatesmaskinträning) på ett gym, och det har orsakat folkstorm. Man kan vara max 200 pers i kö till en plats på en reformerkladd. Det ser inte ljust ut för mig..

Vildsvinen närmar sig. Det är bökat i närheten, men föreningens stängsel håller grisarna på håll. • Konsert!
  Min kära syster bjöd mig på konsert för ett band jag aldrig hört talas om som heter Set it off. Livemusik är alltid bra så trots min okunskap blev det en riktigt bra kväll!

  Frisk luft, glansis, trevligt sällskap och en fikapaus efter första milen.
• Klimatmanifestation
  Varje fredag kl. 12.00 står ett stort antal grupper och många människor på torg runt om i Sverige för att prata om klimatförsämringen, som beror på vår över- konsumtion av transporter, flygresor, kött, kläder och ”slit-å-släng”. Vår grupp har stått där i sex år - vunnit Solnas Miljöpris, genomfört flera studiecirklar, inbjudit 25 föreläsare, delat ut många tusen flygblad och engagerat hundratals människor att våga gå ut på gatorna och demonstrera. Dessutom har vi fått med oss PRO att starta ett 40-tal cirklar och prioritera klimatarbetet. Och vi har fått kommunens politiska majoritet att satsa på förändring bl.a genom att starta ett Klimatkansli. Vi ger inte upp. Det gäller allas framtid.

  Mycket roligt för unga människor är det att få röra på sig, hoppa, slå volter tom flyga i luften och slänga sig handlöst i skumgummigropar.
